JOJO, My DIO Dad Is the Best

Everyone knows DIO is a vampire, but he's also the biological father of several children. [The kind of deadbeat dad who fathers them and never raises them.]

Most of DIO's children eventually learned what their father was really like. The only exception was his eldest child, and only daughter, who was misled by her mother for years. For all twelve years of her life, she believed her father was like this:

Emily: My father is a dutiful son who respects and cares deeply for his elders!

George I & Dario: What?

Emily: My father is an excellent big brother who gets along with his siblings and is full of brotherly love!

JoJo: "Huh? Did I hear that right...?"

Emily: "My father is a refined gentleman, warm and courteous to women!"

Erina & the Bread Men: "...Ptooey."

Emily: "My father! He's a great hero loved by everyone! It's a pity he died so young... His name is DIO! The person I admire most!"

The Egypt team fell silent. Jotaro Kujo: "Yare yare daze... Say that again and see what happens."

Noriaki Kakyoin smiled and said nothing.

Emily believed all this about DIO until she graduated from elementary school. Wanting to be the daughter of such an outstanding father, she had always done her best and grown into a cheerful, optimistic, beloved good girl. Then, after she delivered the speech above as the school's outstanding graduate at the graduation ceremony, a burly man with silver hair stood up silently in the audience, his face dark with anger...

From that moment on, Emily set out on a one-way road... [Just kidding!]

One more thing--

Ever since Emily learned the truth about her father DIO, she would often mutter to herself in a flat, deadpan voice: "Wow, my dad is really amazing! He's so great, so great, so great, so great, so great--so great that I want to find a club and whack him with it!!!"

That's where the title comes from.
