The life choices facing a rural girl who failed the college entrance exam
It's probably a reflection of modern rural relationships and customs??
I originally wrote this for a local rural literature competition, but my classmates and teacher teamed up to sabotage me. I was mad as a pufferfish, but couldn't let things get ugly. It was incredibly frustrating.
Since I wrote it anyway, I might as well post it. Even if just one person reads it, that'll make all those late nights worthwhile.
