Blood Stains the Land, and an Old Friend Departs

One promise, one infatuation; one lifetime of love, one lifetime of sorrow. Just like the first meeting, just like the longing; each page holds a thought, each page a feeling. One frown, one smile, and a lifetime lost in love; one cup, one drink, and a lifetime of tears. One song, one dance, and a lifetime of devotion; one life, one partner, one destined bond. One spear and one horse, riding to war for the nation; one blade and one sword, dancing for you. One zither and one flute, playing the song in my heart; every blade of grass and every tree I leave for you.
