After Reincarnating in Someone Else's Body, I Became Bai Wuchang!

Synopsis: The Black and White Impermanences are partners separated by the boundary between yin and yang. The Black Impermanence is responsible for the forty-nine divisions of the Underworld, while the White Impermanence is responsible for the 161 departments of the human world. Together, they are also known as the Special Affairs Office! Ghosts who refuse to go to the Underworld after death; those who capture souls but don't send them there; outlaws who use wicked arts to cultivate; newly born spirit-babies lost in the Tranquil Sea... The world of the dead is no lawless place. Yu Ling died in the early Ming dynasty. He was the head of Division Six of the Upper Nine Divisions in the Underworld's Forty-Nine Offices, as well as an inspector. After a fellow Impermanence committed a crime, he borrowed a corpse and returned to life in the body of a boy with the same name! This novel is mainly made up of short episodic stories about solving cases and moving the plot along. Romance and the like are just extras. There isn't much romance, so if you're looking for a sweet love story, you can skip this one. I don't write horror, so you can read it for a bit of light entertainment before a meal! This novel is about heart, not brains! If you're looking for a mind-bending mystery, you can skip it! Theme: The net of Heaven is vast, but no one escapes it! What goes around comes around, and good and evil are rewarded accordingly!
