Cultivation: The Childbearing Mission

Old embarrassing work series Ding He comes from a family of Daoist practitioners. He has cultivated for centuries, and even his godson has become a City God, yet no matter how much he cultivates, he still only knows one spell: granting children. Whether you're human, spirit, monster, man, woman, or neither, even if you're a ghost, Ding He can grant you a child. There's just one catch: he needs merit to make up for his shortcomings. But where does merit come from? Is having a child really enough to make things right? Or does having a son do the trick? Ding He is an absolutely reliable child-granting Bodhisattva. Others pray for a child; he prays for merit. The trouble is, his temple isn't easy to find. Xu Cheng is hoping for a child. He thought the man he married wanted to bring a woman into the household first for the sake of having a child, but reality gave him a hard slap in the face. So, you know, sometimes people are worse than mountain spirits and ghosts. "Great Immortal Ding, you seem pretty good. How about we team up and live together?" "Sure, but you have to help me grant children." "My good sir, you look radiant. I can tell you're destined to have a child! Need one? I'll give you one."
