A Grand Mage's Daily Research Report

[Completed~ I’m gradually fixing bugs and making edits for compliance, sorry about that.] [Blurb] The mage Ciprince discovers that he’s a substitute lover, and that his boyfriend’s true love is someone else. He promptly breaks up with him and plans to spend the rest of his life with books. But then an unexpected turn of events occurs “Thanks to my scumbag ex, I’m together with your true love now.” They share the same values, similar hobbies, and identical academic views. They’re practically two versions of the same person. Their apprentices both describe them as “time travelers from the legendary era,” “the bane of electronic devices,” and eccentric mages who don’t fit in with modern society. It’s only scientific that they’d get together. Note: The author just wants to write a sweet, clingy, lighthearted slice-of-life story. The plot doesn’t move especially quickly. Mwah! The two-way crush is between the protagonist and the ex’s true love. Whoever [beep]s whom depends entirely on their mood that day. The disposable scumbag ex got mercilessly shown up, and is now badly wounded inside. Goliath and Snowpeak’s story: A Dragon Knight’s Daily Training Notes The apprentice’s story: The First Great Mage in the Galaxy Reader’s Guide: 1. The magical continent has entered the modern technological era, and even a futuristic, high-tech era, so don’t be surprised to see mages using phones. Though our protagonist can’t even figure out how to use a basic phone… 2. Don’t worry, the disposable ex-boyfriend won’t get any chance to reconcile with him. 3. Thanks to all the classics of Western fantasy for their intellectual support. All the elements used are well-known ones from the genre, but the specific settings and worldbuilding are entirely made up, especially the magic systems and magical technology. Please don’t view them through a scientific lens, because they’re extremely unscientific (seriously). 4. If you’ve read other stories in this series, this one is set in the same world, but nearly six thousand years after A Hymn of Praise. Familiar characters may appear just a tiny bit in some odd little easter eggs. 5. The author loves melodrama and sugar-sweet romance. Weibo: @DragonKnight-Su Changtian Theme:
