[Onmyoji] I Really Am the Lord of Arakawa

No one who wants to change history should ever set their sights on the Lord of Arakawa.

That great demon has held sway over Arakawa for thousands of years, steering his little boat along the current of history. He rarely leaves his underwater palace. In the Heian era, when humans and demons coexisted, he appeared only briefly, and even the history books have little to say about him. Even when the so-called modern age arrived and noisy machines took over Arakawa, all he did was wake from his slumber, take human form, and find another place to live in seclusion.

It seemed there was nothing in this world that could stir his heart.

And yet, just after finding a new home, Arakawa suddenly discovered that the scenery before him had changed. He was back in the Heian era, nearly a thousand years in the past.

That would have been troublesome enough, but why had he turned into a little child and fallen into the courtyard of Abe no Seimei, the son of a white fox?

Well, trouble is a headache, but raging waves are part of the natural order. Last time, he lent a hand to Kuro Seimei. This time, perhaps he should stand beside the Sun Seimei, who also has the power to overturn common sense, and see where the currents of fate will carry them.

I really am the Lord of Arakawa! Why are you all laughing?

The main pairing is actually Arakawa x Yasha. Come and join my crack ship! It takes place against the background of the mobile game's story, with some original elements. There may be a side pairing or two, but they won't get much page time.

I wrote this as a celebration after pulling a second Great King of the Mountain from the game. It's a lighthearted work, just for fun. Please don't fight over the ships~

I wrote this a long, long time ago, back when Onmyoji had no Arakawa-related storylines and I was still terrible at the game! Please don't read it! I'm leaving it unlocked just for the memories (lying down).
