Synopsis: In December 1943, with Japan short on troops, its front lines across China began to contract one after another. Before long, the North China Area Army also halted its further offensives against the anti-Japanese base areas. During the war, Chongqing endured daily bombardment. Then a letter from Shanghai arrived, rescuing Wu Haoming from that quagmire. After reaching Shanghai, Wu Haoming received repeated help from the Murong family, successfully joined No. 76, and earned Ding Mohan's favor. Wu Haoming had only one mission in Shanghai: to bring down No. 76 from within.
