Our Ten-Year Promise

That day, we hadn't met yet. It was our first encounter. That day, we were paired up as members of the same group. Your almost perfect abilities made me look up to you without even realizing it, and your smile, always as refreshing as a spring breeze, made my heart flutter. It was the first time we had spent time together at such close quarters. That day, we were both chosen for the first team to debut, but Kanata was cut because his dancing was a little weak. If you hadn't helped me that day, perhaps I really would have left the stage with him. Watching you use the spot you'd fought so hard to earn to vouch for Kanata, I made up my mind: for the rest of my life, I would protect this person. That day, we debuted as the leader and vice-leader of T-DREAM. You stood right beside me, smiling so beautifully at me. The sincerity, honesty, and joy in that smile, those pure, beautiful eyes... I figured I'd only ever meet one person like that in my life, and that person would be the one who held my heart in the future. That day... We suddenly began to drift apart without even realizing it. Before I could find out what had happened, you were gone...
