Wish Maker of the 1950S

My new novel, I Won't Divorce This Time in the 1970s, is currently being serialized. Tian Xin dreamed that she was living in a period novel. The female lead was her younger sister, Tian Jing, while she was the stupid contrast character. As the unlucky foil on the wrong side of the story: Tian Jing went to high school in the provincial capital and never lifted a finger around the house; Tian Xin was sent to the northwest countryside, where she worked in the fields, fed pigs, and did production labor. Tian Jing got into university and married the director of a supply and marketing cooperative, while Tian Xin lost her secure job, was abandoned by everyone, and lived a miserable life. According to the plot, after Tian Xin returned to the city, she married Su Weidong, her betrothed. After the wedding, egged on by her mother, Tian Xin resented Su Weidong for being away from home all year. She made a scene at every turn and got a divorce. After the divorce, Su Weidong prospered. It turned out he had been away on a secret mission as an expert researching the atomic bomb. After waking up to the truth, Tian Xin nearly laughed herself awake. Ha! To hell with being someone's contrast character. I'm the master of my own fate, not some book! Isn't a husband who's only there on paper and never comes home just perfect? I'll stay away from my parasitic family. I'm not getting a divorce! Completed After a car accident, Hu Ning unexpectedly acquired a Wish System. As a wish-granter, she must travel through different stories set in 1958 and fulfill her clients' wishes. Theme: Work hard to turn your life around and realize your self-worth.
