General, Would You Marry Me?

Blurb

Ye Shiqing is handsome, charming, and debonair. He's the most handsome young master in the manor and the first in line to inherit its leadership.

Ye Shiqing has plenty of friends and no shortage of admirers. He has always drifted through a crowd of beauties without letting any of them touch his heart.

Ye Shiqing was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He never had to suffer, and he was spoiled by everyone around him. Ask for the stars and no one would give him the moon instead. If he liked a girl, all he had to do was crook a finger and she would fall for him. You could say there was nothing, and no one, he couldn't get.

That is, until he met Li Huan, that blockhead. Only then did he truly learn what it meant to be parted from the one you love and to long for something you can never have.

A naturally scummy, gorgeous top who resorts to violence at the slightest disagreement x a handsome, seemingly carefree, secretly formidable, masochistic bottom who knows how to tempt. That's a lot of traits, but I can't promise I'll manage to show them all. Ce Cang pairing, with the bottom suffering. The top is at least a deputy commander, so he's not weak. I guess this story counts as a beauty-and-the-beast pairing? It doesn't follow the original game plot exactly, and includes some of my own ideas. I'm not a stickler for the plot, so don't read this as if it follows the original storyline. Also, this foolish author can't write historical fiction, or come up with schemes and wars. And when I wrote this, my head wasn't quite right, so this story is pretty weird. Read at your own risk.

I'm suddenly kind of into Ce Cang... But I'm going to write a story about unrequited love anyway [wry grin]. The main story is complete in one post. There might be a happy-ending extra later [please read again]. I took another look at this story and suddenly thought it seemed complete as it was. There wasn't much else to write, so I changed its status to complete. [Runs away with a pot on my head]
