My Little Brother Keeps Throwing Me Under the Bus

Dong Qing, the Dragon King of the Eastern Sea, courtesy name Nanyin, doesn't even know how old he is. He is always leaving the affairs of the Eastern Sea behind to take off on food-themed trips wherever the road leads. Dragon King of the Western Sea: I want to hit someone. Dragon King of the Southern Sea: Oh, my foolish brother. Dragon King of the Northern Sea: ... So the three of them got together and decided to teach their foolish brother how to be a dragon all over again. Dong Qing: Why did you throw me into school? The ages of everyone in the whole school added together still don't add up to mine. I want to skip school! I want to ditch class! Dragon King of the Northern Sea: Foolish brother, go ahead and try. Dong Qing (instantly backing down): I'm sorry! Dragon King of the Southern Sea: Stop acting like an idiot with that perfect face. This story is pure feel-good fun, with no romance. Don't tell me the Dragon Kings' surname is Ao. The surname Ao has no class at all.
