The Dusty World Inn

Across the Yao River stands a tavern for the worldly and the weary. It sells only five medicines that people long for but can never obtain: The Water of Forgetting Love, the Forget-Me-Not Herb, the Pill of Severed Affection, the Regret Remedy, and the Elixir of Immortality. Whenever people gain something, they must lose something else. What they gain or lose depends on a single thought of their own. P.S. Since The Divine Lord is due for a major rewrite, and to make it easier to climb the natural rankings, the author has reopened this story, which had been locked away for a year, as a short story. The Divine Lord will be put up for advance collection again later. Once I have built up a larger backlog, I will start updating it. I want to apologize to the little angels who have been waiting, and I hope you will keep following the story. I promise that this time, no matter what, I will update it properly and never abandon it!
