From Ancient Times to Modern Days: Doing as I Please

This is a story about doing whatever you please. It's lighthearted and carefree. There's no main plot, no real storyline, and no intense love or hate. Maybe it's because I can't live so freely myself that I want the protagonists I write to live a little more on their own terms. Go see the most beautiful sights, taste the finest wine, fall in love with someone at just the right age, and don't let your youth go to waste. This is a story about a man reborn from ancient times into the modern era, living freely and being utterly irresistible. I haven't decided whether the male lead will be the top or the bottom, and he hasn't found his other half yet. I just want to write someone like this: with the perseverance I desire, the freedom I admire, and the carefree elegance I yearn for. This is my first time writing a BL story.
