Classmates, Go Read a Book (Prince of Tennis, Anti-Mary Sue)

Rye Yui, childhood friend of Club Captain Yukimura. Yukimura himself confirmed that they'd known each other longer than Vice Captain Sanada... Pfft! Yukimura and Sanada met in elementary school. Back then, Rye Yui was still running around Chiba chasing a mascot. Was Yukimura Seiichi that mascot? Rye Yui, supposedly the younger sister of Rye Kanata, and a very skilled tennis player... Pfft! Just because two people share a surname doesn't mean they're related. Where did that girl's brains go? Rye Yui, the darling of heaven who was rumored to be dating Yukimura Seiichi... Not a chance! We all know that in a world full of Mary Sues, there are always one or two anti-Sue girls cast as the villainess to fight them. But who knew the princes were secretly pulling the strings behind the scenes? The girl is so innocent, seriously!

The story was recently fully revised and finalized, so it will differ somewhat from the version on Tieba. Also, the timeline has been changed to the regulars' first year of high school. After the U-17 tournament, they return to school and continue classes. To make it easier to include everyone, Seigaku, Rikkai, and Hyotei are all set up as combined middle and high schools. This doesn't affect the regulars' appearances. Yes, Tezuka is back too! Well, this is also a popular timeline for all kinds of Sue stories.
