The Plot Goes Wrong Every Time

Lu Yi transmigrates into a novel he never finished reading. He grows close to the gentle, kind senior disciple, but forgets that the real protagonist is Rong Qian, the person he has always looked down on. The first time he transmigrated, things ended terribly: Rong Qian imprisoned Lu Yi for a hundred years, until Lu Yi finally couldn't take it anymore and blew himself up. So, the second time he transmigrates, Lu Yi swears he'll take Rong Qian out before that can happen. But faced with a child whose thigh isn't even as thick as his arm, he just can't bring himself to do it. System: "If you successfully protect the protagonist, using the protagonist's luck to defy fate and change your destiny will be no problem at all, dear~" Lu Yi: "Ahem... Since you put it that way, I'll give it a try." But as he keeps protecting him, the little wolf cub Rong Qian starts looking at him differently... Lu Yi, thoroughly devoured: If only I'd known, I should've chosen to oppose the protagonist from the start! (╯‵□′)╯︵┻━┻ Ruthless top x prickly uke Reader's Guide: 1. Part Two I haven't thought of a name yet, so I'll just add two question marks at the end for now to tell it apart, lol. Ever since Yu Fei saved an old man, he gained a rather useless ability: transmigration. Whenever he deliberately refuses someone's kind request that he could have fulfilled, he transmigrates back to midnight the previous night. Well, now he has to answer questions in class every time. [Waves goodbye] Reader's Guide: 1. Outwardly sunny, inwardly dark top x outwardly arrogant, inwardly warm uke. 2. This is the second part.
