River of Rouge features eight selected short historical romance stories by Zhang Rui, written in recent years.
They tell of consuming passions, tender warmth, and betrayal and heartbreak.
--All the affairs of the River of Rouge become colors that dye the hibiscus.
Although this book was published on December 12, 2015,
the magazine stories in it were written and published gradually starting in 2012.
There are also two or three stories from those magazine submissions that I wrote but never published. In short, most of them are tragedies, partly because of the limited length, but some are not. My writing back then still falls short when I look back on it now, but I will share as much as I can. I am not yet free to publish as I please, so I hope you will understand.
Thank you all for your support over the years. I have always been grateful.
Qingshui Manwen's new novel is counting down to its conclusion.
What I want to share with all my readers is this: a good writer does more than tell stories. They give readers ideas, soul, perspective, and a better version of themselves. This author has been my lifelong friend. Everything this writer has given me since 2007 is something I will benefit from for the rest of my life.
In 2016, let's read The Broken Hairpin together.
Theme:
I remember that when I was a child, I found this book in a small corner of the bookstore. It left a great shock to my young heart. I read it alone in the corner while wiping my tears. Unfortunately, I couldn't find this book later, but I always remembered the great writing style. It took several years before I found this book. I read it again and had a different feeling. All in all, great!
Perhaps this is the advantage of short stories. There is no need to explain clearly the cause and effect, but it can still make people think about it endlessly. I read it in a book ten years ago and I still remember it.
I read The Legend of Graceful Girl when I graduated from junior high school. In my second year of high school, I hid under the quilt and watched the picturesque scenery. In my third year of high school, I read The Legend of Graceful Girl again. Now that I am a junior, I read it again. It is like the white moonlight in my heart. She is one of my favorite authors, Graceful. Legend is one of the three novels I have read the most. Reading DaDa's novels now makes me feel like I have returned to my youth. DaDa's novels make my heart tremble every time. I feel that DaDa has not published any new novels recently. If DaDa does, I will definitely follow it.
The first time I saw it was on Most Fantasy. I suddenly remembered it yesterday and rummaged through the cabinets to find the book, and then I found it. It turned out that it was ten years ago... It was the short story ceiling in my mind.
When I was in the second year of junior high school, I happened to read this article on Most Fantasy. It left a deep impression on me. Fast forward ten years...
I felt it was shocking and painful, like the pain of having my heart cut open. Every word made me feel like I was weeping. I have not forgotten it for a long time. Now that I have read so many novels, I can now read it with the eyes of others instead of others. I feel much better. The kindness of the heroine strengthens the tragedy, and the pity of the hero aggravates the viciousness. It is still so sad. I always want to be sincere in exchange for sincerity, but then I eat my sincerity and bite it back. The hero always has no choice but to be a scumbag in fact. Md
It seems that whether the male protagonist is a scumbag or not has a lot to do with whether his IQ is sufficient... QAQ
Why is there no follow-up? I want to see a continuation.
Come see Raven. The author has a big opinion against Liu Bei?
What kind of novel is the heroine Chu Ning in?
