The Male Consort

Yu Junyan had planned to marry the daughter of the Minister of War to consolidate his power. But the emperor seized on a joke Yu had once made and forced him to marry Su Yuheng, the silly son of the head of the Imperial Medical Academy, as his princess consort. He endured hardship and patiently put up with everything as he waited for the right moment. At first, he thought he would have to burn incense and pray if the silly troublemaker could just stop causing him problems. But as they spent more time together, he realized that Su Yuheng not only stayed out of trouble, but also helped him quite a bit. Yu Junyan felt he might as well shave his head and convert to Buddhism to show his gratitude to the Buddha. But one increasingly pressing question kept circling in his mind: Was Su Yuheng really a fool? Why couldn't he believe it? And so, as Yu Junyan tried to get to the bottom of the mystery, he lost his chastity and had a child... Sigh... Let's not get into it... The new story is set in the Yuan Kingdom, but takes place several generations after Yu Songling and Chengying... The characters are probably a queenly shou and a scheming gong... maybe. Lastly, I've only written a little of this story so far, and plan to work on other unfinished stories first.
