Hey! That's My Dragon

We're all fellow wanderers at the ends of the earth. When we meet, why divide ourselves into black and white? A little white dragon and a black merperson were ostracized by their own races because of their skin colors and talents. When they come of age, their respective clan leaders force them into a couple, then send them off to the strange and dangerous coastal waters of the beastfolk. Can a marriage that begins before love last a lifetime? "Ao Bai, could you swim a little slower? My tail is so sore..." Ji Mo trudged along behind the little white dragon, carrying a small bundle and laboriously swishing his tail. "Hold on to my paw." Ao Bai slowed down and reached his dragon claw back toward him. And so the little white dragon carried his black merperson on his claw as they swam together toward an unknown future. This story was previously titled "Beastfolk: Black and White Pairing."
