[A Tale of Wuxia Fanfic / Zhang Lu] Ask Not About Today

A fanfic for the online game A Chinese Ghost Story II, pairing Zhang Kaifeng and Lu Nanting. Those who know the backstory can skip this. If you don't, you can look up the "What Have You Done to Deserve This, Jun?" meme from eighteen years ago. For the girls who are too lazy to search but still want to understand what happened, I'll explain briefly. Don't look it up. You'd be better off not knowing the backstory, since the new story planners can no longer make that meme work and can only spout nonsense. So I spouted some nonsense too and wrote a fanfic about the two of them. I've liked this pairing for six years, and this is the first time I've ever put pen to paper. I typed it on my phone, so there may be quite a few chapters. Please bear with me. Also, I've been away from the game for more than three years and have forgotten almost everything, so I mixed the settings of II and III together. Just read for fun, and please don't nitpick the details. Thank you. Theme:
