My Divine Lord Is a Menace

The heroine thinks: As an upbeat, optimistic, and honest little deity, sacrificing herself to feed the wolf is a noble act. It's for the peace of the world, after all, and it keeps the hero from harming anyone else.

The hero thinks: Immortals have a duty to save all living beings. Saving one person is still saving someone, right? As the saying goes, when things have gone wrong, they might as well get worse. So he nobly chews up the heroine and swallows her whole.

The story begins just before my first birthday. The Emperor of Heaven took pity on me because I hadn't married when I was mortal, and insisted on marrying me off now that I'm an immortal.

I couldn't win against the Emperor of Heaven, so all I could do was try to reason with my fiance. It didn't seem to help at all.

Fine, if I can't win, I'll just hide.

But how does that saying go? The monk may escape, but the temple can't. This adorable, silly little white rabbit can't escape the scheming big bad wolf.

A serious warning: the hero and heroine are deeply entangled, and the hero is extremely cunning.
