The Movies I Make Are the Real Deal [Crossover]

Ye Ruosheng is a director of cheesy domestic TV dramas. She throws her principles and logic out the window to make her shows, but she still can't get ahead. She herself thinks that even the Golden Broom and the Golden Raspberry Awards are out of reach for her in this lifetime. Then, by a twist of fate, she changes course and starts making domestic horror films. The extra she recruits from the street is named Sadako. The new actress just signed by her studio is named Tomie. Even the art director on the film crew is replaced by Auntie Mei. Ye Ruosheng only meant to shoot something on the cheap, save the producer some money, and get herself more work. So how did it suddenly become a hit? TIPS: 1. Readers, please study and memorize the Core Socialist Values. 2. The heroine sees everything through the lens of science. 3. This is a silly comedy at heart. If you're easily scared, feel free to read. 4. The golden finger is maxed out. The characters aren't based on real people. This is my take on the entertainment industry, and I'm a complete outsider writing from imagination, so please forgive anything that doesn't make sense. Coming next: I Am a Queen in Europe. I hope you ladies can add it to your reading lists! Here's the blurb: Emma has had a princess fantasy since she was little. She imagined that one day, when she grew up, she might suddenly receive a huge inheritance from some distant relative or something. Unfortunately, as day after day of reality went by, Emma learned that you can dream about anything. One day, Emma receives an email from a stranger claiming she's thirty-eighth in line to inherit the throne of a small European country. The thirty-seven people ahead of her have all renounced their claims, so all Emma has to do is say yes, and she can be crowned queen. Wait, do scam rings these days really come up with such convoluted stories? The day after she shares the baffling email with her friends, someone knocks on Emma's door. When she opens it, she finds a row of men in black suits bowing to her in unison. Emma's eyes widen. Good grief, she's made it big. 1. A story about building things and everyday life. There might not be much dramatic conflict. 2. Contains fantasy elements. 3. Inspired by The Princess Diaries. Please don't use this to rank me against other authors. Theme: Heaven rewards hard work. If you keep working hard, success will come one day.
