The Fog That Destroyed the City

In the modern world, I'm an ordinary designer with a pair of strange gray eyes, and my life is as still as a dead sea. But after a nightmare and a chance encounter at a food court, my life took a different turn. A mysterious man in white began relentlessly pursuing me. I found myself on the brink of death more than once, and my friends weren't spared either. With nowhere left to turn, I could only risk going to meet him and find out what he really wanted. Who could have guessed that, through a twist of fate, I'd be taken to another world: the era in which I lived in my previous life? My former self was killed by the mastermind behind it all. The man in white wanted to undo that bloody past. Mistakenly believing I had memories of my previous life, he wanted to use me. But not only did his plan fail, he also created a breach in time and space, and fragments of it ended up in my eyes. When we returned to the present to look for clues, we unexpectedly encountered the real mastermind. But he told me he, too, had reasons he could not put into words, and showed me his memories. One wants to mend the fragments of time and undo the past; the other wants only to destroy everything and start over. Caught between them, my friends and I face a difficult choice: ignore it all, or choose one side? The disasters caused by the fragments of time continue, and I am trapped in an impossible dilemma...
