[Harry Potter] Beyond the Story

Simply put, this is the story of a little girl trying her best to live and grow at Hogwarts. [That's how unapologetically concise I am.]

I hope that in this story:

Harry is still Harry;

Dumbledore is still Dumbledore;

Snape is still Snape;

Voldemort is still Voldemort;

Malfoy is still Malfoy;

Gryffindor is still Gryffindor;

Slytherin is still Slytherin;

Hogwarts is still Hogwarts.

Everything stays the way it was,

with just one little girl added.

This is a story outside the original story, but that doesn't mean the two stories have nothing to do with or affect each other.

A few notes:

The next generation. An original protagonist, along with a few original characters. The pairing is undecided. Harry, Ron, and Draco will not be the male lead. Most canon pairings, especially the major ones, will remain unchanged, and romance is not the focus.

Some sensitive topics will come up, such as blood status, attitudes toward certain characters, and some characters' flaws. These will be explored from the protagonist's perspective. You may feel this story is too centered on the protagonist, so read at your own risk!

Long story, slow burn! No chapters in reserve, updates will be slow, and revisions are frequent. I'll note revisions in the author's comments. This fanfic is free to read.

Feel free to point out mistakes and offer criticism. I also hope you enjoy reading it.

I wrote this because I wanted to create a doorway through which I could slowly and carefully experience what it feels like to live in that world. Think of this story as a beautiful dream I had.
