[Ice and Instant] A Piano Romance (Saint Seiya Fanfiction)

“His name is... Shun... I usually call him Ah Shun... but I've never spoken to him.”

That year, Hyoga was six, and Shun was five.

Suddenly, he turned around and saw Shun's face streaked with tears. When Shun noticed Hyoga had turned around, he quickly looked away again.

Hyoga took a few quick steps over, then reached out and let Shun lean against him.

“It's okay. Go ahead and cry. Have a good cry... I won't laugh at you,” Hyoga said softly, bending down.

So Shun leaned against Hyoga and cried silently for a long, long time...

That year, Hyoga was twenty-one, and Shun was twenty.

The sun came out, tinting the surrounding mist a vivid orange. A cool breeze blew gently past.

They both knew that once the breeze came, the mist would soon disperse...

That year, Hyoga was twenty-four, and Shun was twenty-three.
