The Year the Flowers Bloomed

Yun Tianqing and Xuan Xiao from The Legend of Sword and Fairy IV: when they make their appearances, one is alone in the Ghost Realm, one has been frozen in ice for twenty years, one is already a father, and one is desperately seeking ascension. Stories about Qing Xiao are usually sweet with a touch of angst, or angsty with a touch of sweetness. Even if there's no sweetness, you can still make it as angsty as possible _(:з"∠)_ So I wanted to write something a little more lighthearted. The Qing Xiao in this story are in their twenties, brimming with youthful spirit, without much scheming or worldly experience. They're university students, so they have a little more romantic sentiment. Those boys, those blooming flowers. Kindergarten storytime writing level _(:з"∠)_ Cosplay isn't some grand pursuit of dreams. It's just a hobby: liking a character and wanting to become that character, that's all. Once you take off the costume, everyone has their own life. * The title is literary, but the writing is goofy. * The author has a mental illness. * Chronic procrastinator in the terminal stage, laziness has sunk into my bones. * It won't be very long. It's a goofy story, and as for writing skills, I've never had any of those. * Modern setting, cosplayer setting, real-world setting. * A mountain of personal headcanons. * Some strange things will appear, and there may be some strange original characters (but they won't steal the plot -.- They're just here to make a brief appearance and provide a bit of contrast), so please ignore them. * OOC, OOC, OOC (important things must be written three times =L=)
