"When people forget you, you don't have to suffer to make something of yourself." As Green Lanterns, Guy Gardner and Hal Jordan have an almost irreconcilable rivalry. But no matter what, they still have to work together to protect Earth, along with their friends Kyle and John. The story unfolds across parallel worlds, where Earth and other sectors are repeatedly attacked by alien creatures. Gardner and the other Green Lanterns discover that, in another parallel world, the Green Lanterns are utterly vile villains. And the ones standing in their way are the Yellow Lantern Corps and the Red Lanterns from their own world. To protect Earth, the Green Lanterns have no choice but to join forces with Sinestro and go deal with the trouble. But nothing is ever that simple.
About the story: This story is told from Guy Gardner's first-person perspective. After much thought, I decided to keep Gardner's university major and career from before the reboot. After all, a vivid, well-rounded character can't be shown through just one or two sides. But while I want to stay true to the source material, I also can't let my imagination run completely wild with a new take. So some conflicting details from the New 52 and earlier versions will be adjusted, and some details from the original works will even be changed. You can consider this an entirely new parallel universe.
