A Daughter's Lingmei

An earthquake sent her to another world. Her family background was so illustrious that even the emperor bowed before its noble reputation. It was inevitable that her existence would be recorded in either the official histories or a few brief lines in unofficial accounts and anecdotes. But why should her name be reduced to the paltry two characters, Liu Shi? He would be the most honored man in all the land, and he would cherish her. Why couldn't she earn the right to have both her surname and given name recorded alongside his in the history books? What could a woman do, you ask? She believes it, but she would ask all the history books under heaven: what could she do, simply because she was a woman? And yet they still cannot write her true story in all their splendid prose!
