[Crossover Anime] A Different Kind of Betrayal

Tian Shang Sanye is a doctor. As a doctor with Doctors Without Borders, he finally gets leave to return to Japan and spend New Year's with his family. But the moment he gets off the plane, he discovers he's been transported to an unknown world!? After three years of hard work, he's made a place for himself in this world, becoming a forensic pathologist and occasionally getting to eat with friends. One day, he happens to meet a young man named Xiyue in the park. The boy looks just like his brother, as if they were twins. One day, he's attacked by a vampire while out shopping!? He knows how to deal with vengeful ghosts and water ghosts, but vampires are another matter!? One day, he takes a case and meets a boy who's about to die. Alas, poor Tsubasa, may you rest in peace. One day, he comes to Taiwan to treat his allergy to resentment. Um, he's here to ask for help, not to become an apprentice... In short, in a world like this, how will Tian Shang Sanye find his way home? Or, perhaps, find someone who can make him forget how much he misses home?
