Prince of Tennis: Even the Proud Sun Is Ordinary

Who says the sun has to shine brilliantly?

Who says Atobe's little sister has to be gorgeous?

Atobe Jiaoyang is here to defy it all.

She remembers the first time her sister-in-law, Yukimura Jingling, saw her in England. Unable to believe her eyes, Jingling turned to Atobe and asked:

"Keigo, are you sure this is your sister?"

"Obviously. Would I introduce her to you if I weren't sure?"

"But she doesn't look like you at all! Other than your surname, I can't see how she's your sister." Jingling complained silently.

They had the same hair color and eye color, even the same beauty mark at the corner of the eye. Yet compared to the dazzling elegance of Atobe Keigo, the only word to describe Atobe Jiaoyang was "ordinary."

Her greatest distinguishing feature was having no distinguishing features.

Her name was so radiant, yet it didn't suit her at all. As her mother put it, she had gone against the Atobe family's elegant growth pattern.

But what was so bad about being ordinary? Life was a straight line. In a family with too many geniuses, there was bound to be a fool. In a family where everyone shone brightly, someone had to be unremarkable. That someone was Atobe Jiaoyang.

She remembered what her sister-in-law had once told her:

"Jiaoyang, there's nothing wrong with being ordinary. If I didn't have so many responsibilities, I'd rather be an inconspicuous nobody like you, find someone who loves me, and spend my life with him."

All right, actually, this is a cheerful story about a sister-in-law who wants to marry her younger sister-in-law off to her own big brother, only for a fox to swoop in and snatch her away.
