Forging the Dragon Throne

After transmigrating, Song Zhen had a simple plan for his life. He thought being a scholar with no worries about food or clothing would be pretty nice. That is, if he hadn't discovered that many "ordinary people" were actually demons. After some reflection, Song Zhen came up with a down-to-earth plan for his life. He thought being a cultivator who could soar through the skies would be pretty nice. That is, if he hadn't been born in a time of chaos, when even cultivators had to support the throne to survive. With no other choice, Song Zhen came up with a practical plan for his life. He thought helping the future emperor conquer the realm would be pretty nice. That is, if he hadn't been dragged into the struggle over succession to the throne of the Heavenly Emperor. Bring the dark chaos of the mortal realm to an end and forge a new dynasty. Wipe away the disorder of the cultivation world and restore the Heavenly Court to glory. As he strides through the air, Song Zhen must summon great resolve and perseverance to forge the Dragon Court! A wish-fulfillment story, with the protagonist on the receiving end. No angst for the protagonist. I'll write the romance if I feel like it, so don't ask.
