Six Paths GL

I posted a little under a secret identity before, but I overestimated myself and thought I could keep updating both stories. Now that Feng Ge is finished, I’m officially updating this one.

Blurb:

Yun Yin: I spent a thousand years severing causes and ending karmic ties, never expecting to pave the way for someone else. My heart is dead in this life. I hope that in the next, we will have no entanglements and no more reincarnation.

Jialuo: I don’t understand love. I only want you. Now that you’ve become an ordinary person with only a few decades to live, will you give me this life? I only want this one life with you. If there is another life, I, Jialuo, swear I will never pursue you again!

A more literary version:

I became a tree

Growing beside the road you must take

Under the sun, I carefully blossomed

Each flower a hope from my past life

When you draw near, listen closely

The trembling leaves are my fervor as I wait

And when at last you pass by without a glance

Scattered across the ground behind you

My friend, those are not petals

They are my withering heart

This is only one tiny fragment from countless past lives. Amid the six realms of reincarnation, you are a down-and-out scholar, a great tree at the village entrance, a mayfly that lives from dawn to dusk. I am the wild grass you tread on, the blue stone beside the tree, the speck of dust in the sunlight at birth. You simply don’t know that I have always been by your side.
