The River God's Flower Boy

I always thought that one day, like my eldest sister Fu Youran and the Rong family's eldest son, Rong Lang, I would be a gentle woman paired with a mild-mannered man. We would treat each other with respect, spend our lives together, and grow old side by side. I was a woman with a fiery nature, but I suppressed it for him for over a decade. Then, one day, it burst forth, unstoppable! I couldn't accept it. I couldn't accept that the husband I had exchanged vows with had somehow become someone else's! If I couldn't get back what belonged to me, I would destroy it with my own hands! She was passionate and resolute as fire. In the end, she burned him, burned him again, and burned herself as well. With bright eyes and pearly teeth, and beauty that could outshine a city, she was gentle as a flowing stream when still, and as passionate and spirited as a blazing fire in motion. Highly skilled in martial arts and as swift as the wind, Fu Lingxue should have been an extraordinary woman, as ethereal as an immortal. From now on, I will be myself again!
