Crossover: Person of Interest

You are being watched. The United Nations has a secret system: a machine that monitors you every moment of every day. It was originally designed to detect terrorist attacks, but it sees everything. The Security Council considers violent crimes involving ordinary people irrelevant, but the Secretary-General decides to intervene. So he uses the System to create a group of people capable of stepping in. To keep the machine from being discovered, they have to operate in secret. You'll never find them. But whether you're a victim or a perpetrator, if your number comes up, they'll find you.

Inspired by the TV series Person of Interest (POI). The setting and plot may have subtle similarities, but the author isn't skilled enough to make the protagonists like Harold and John, so their personalities differ. Most of all, please don't compare it to the original. The author is just making stuff up...
