[Carp Blowing] A Promise to Stand by Each Other

Nura Rihan and Yamabuki Otome, known together as Rihan and Otome, are a couple from the Japanese manga Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan by Hiroshi Shiibashi. They were husband and wife. They married during the Edo period and lived together for 50 years. (The above is from Baidu Baike.)

This story was posted on Tieba last year.

Although their ending is tragic, there's no denying that I was completely moved by their story!

I wrote this by expanding on the parts of their story in the original. After all, the original author gave them so few scenes!

Finally, if you think this is any good, please add it to your favorites. Thank you!
