[Sherlock Fanfic by Sxuedie] The Tenant at 221C (Revised Edition)

For a het romance audience. Serious drama. Pairing: Su Lian (Christine Su) and Mycroft. If you don't like it, don't read! For now, this fic covers only Season 3 and the Christmas special. I'll continue after the BBC airs Season 4. She should have been just a passerby, but because of Mrs Hudson, she chose to stay in Britain; She should have been just a spectator, but because of Sherlock, she had no choice but to fight back; She should have been acting out of necessity, but because of Mary, she became proactive; She should have had no part in the story, but because of Mycroft, she had no choice but to become the protagonist; As for John, he was where the chaos began. If he hadn't been getting married, he wouldn't have gone to 221B Baker Street to find Mrs Hudson and share the good news. Sherlock wouldn't have come back to life, Mycroft wouldn't have needed to set foot on Baker Street, she wouldn't have had to change, and Mary's identity wouldn't have been in danger of being exposed... In short, everything is John's fault! Only after getting to know him better did she realize that, although John was where the chaos began, he wasn't its source. The real mastermind was Mycroft, that government bigwig who doesn't care about anyone's rights! So how should she deal with him? As for why there are so many English conversations in the story, honestly, it's something I struggle with myself. First, this fic follows the original series, and the only original version of Sherlock is the video. There is no officially published Chinese translation, and the Chinese subtitles in the videos are really inadequate for someone like me, who has to watch them over and over again to write. Second, when I'm plotting, the video is often still playing in my mind, so the dialogue easily ends up in English. When I try to change it into Chinese, it doesn't feel right, but my English isn't good enough to write it properly, so it ended up like this. Third, when I first started planning this fic, I was just writing for fun. Otherwise, I wouldn't have posted it on Baidu. But once I started writing, I took it too seriously, and after revising it over and over, I decided to post it here on Jinjiang so readers with similar interests could enjoy it.
