My Dear Wife, Let Us Brew Wine with Plums [General]

Time and space gave me another chance, and only then did I realize how much I loved you. You are my childhood sweetheart, and I am yours. A bashful kiss at the corner of the lips, those veiled eyes after the tears fall. Who can predict the endless twists of this world? No matter the hardships and heartache ahead, I would gather up half your life's love, then watch you take someone else's hand. You are my childhood sweetheart, and I am yours. Our vow to live and die together, sealed with a cup of wine. Let me drink the poison and feel it close my throat. I will gladly do as you wish. At the end of the cycle of reincarnation, I will keep watch for you. Who laughs at me for still being reckless? Through nights of longing, do you know how much I miss you? How many years does a person live? Ten, twenty, fifty... Yet only a dozen or so can shine as brilliantly as the stars. The road with you by my side is hard to walk. I'm afraid that, without meaning to, I'll take your hand and hold you as you sleep, never wanting to wake. The road without you is even more painful. With every step, I'm afraid I'll get too far from you, until there's no way back. I could cross the vast sea of time to search for a past where you were there, yet I'm afraid we still won't be able to stay together. From then on, without you, I'll lie awake alone. Last night's stars, last night's dreams, all transformed into a drizzle of longing. Give me a thousand years, and I think, I will, I love you...
