The CEO Raised a Little Crybaby

President Xie gets terrible headaches whenever it rains. In July and August, the rain in Beishi pours as if the sky has sprung a leak, and never seems to stop.

He immediately fled abroad.

At the end of July, his father, who had filled in for him for a month, had had enough. “I’m retiring. Get your younger brother to do the job!”

At the end of August, his younger brother, who had also covered for him for a month, started complaining too. “Bro, looking at this mountain of paperwork gives me a headache!”

President Xie got in touch with a friend at the meteorological bureau and learned that September’s weather should be decent, with little rain. He decided to return home.

The moment he walked into the office, the clear sky turned dark with clouds!

Ha. That proves he and Beishi are incompatible! Maybe he should just resign. His father could keep working for another twenty years, and his younger brother could make do with the job after getting himself together.

He was Kuafu, and he was going to chase the sun!

The new hire had been caught by President Xie several times, hiding in some corner and wiping away tears.

At first, the CEO took wicked delight in it: every time his head hurt, the new hire looked lovely crying.

Then he noticed something was off. Why did it start raining out of nowhere every time the new hire cried? His friend at the meteorological bureau had sworn there was no chance of rain!

After that, whenever he saw the new hire tear up, he got nervous.

“Who’s picking on you?”

“Are you feeling unwell?”

“If you can’t take it, why don’t we both quit and go home? I don’t want to work another day at this lousy job.”
