Reborn: A Few Trivial Matters

At twenty-nine, Chen Ling Suo found life utterly pointless and killed herself in a filthy, cluttered rental apartment. She was all alone, and even the husband she was married to in name only didn't care in the slightest that she had died. Chen Ling Suo felt that her life had been a complete failure. If she got another life and could start over, she would never let down the young or old. She would love her parents, love herself, and love life; work hard to support her family and study hard to better herself. She would never again lose herself in the pleasures of romance... Of course, that's impossible. There's family, friendship, romance, snark, and literary flair, with plenty of melodrama. The reborn story is set in China around 1995. A slow-burn slice-of-life story. Updates are usually at 10 a.m. If there's an evening update, it's usually just a typo fix. Also, I love comments and favorites, so don't be shy!
