An ancient assassin transmigrates and lands right in Second Young Master Lu's room. Young Master Lu explodes: "Where did you come from?"

"..."

The adorably clueless assassin boldly declares, "I've taken a liking to you. You're mine now."

Second Young Master Lu is dumbfounded. "Aren't women in ancient times supposed to be reserved? Are assassins the exception?"

The adorably clueless assassin says sweetly, "My mother told me that if I like an unmarried man, I should do whatever it takes to make him mine. So you're mine now."

Second Young Master Lu: "..."

When the clueless assassin still fails to win over the haughty Second Young Master Lu, body and soul, she decides she might as well give up.

The haughty Second Young Master Lu loses his composure. "How can you let go just when I've decided to take you in? Get back here!"

The clueless assassin says, "My mother told me that when pursuing a man, I should have some self-respect and not cling to him."

Second Young Master Lu explodes. "Stop saying 'my mother told me'! Are you still nursing?" Dear mother-in-law, wherever you are, how on earth did you raise your daughter?

In short, this is a story about a clueless assassin who fails to bring down a haughty man, only to get swept off her feet herself.
