My Little Judge

After Leng Qian dies, he becomes a junior judge in the underworld. One day, he suddenly discovers that his death was no accident. All the clues point to the man who cherished him above all else when he was alive: his beloved, Guan Quanzhi. He begins abusing his authority to search for evidence and clear the man's name, only to be constantly thwarted and obstructed by a mischievous Ghost Emperor who showed up out of nowhere. This leaves him more and more exasperated...

PS: This story has many deep-seated foreshadowings, and sticks to the author's usual style of even minor characters getting their moment in the spotlight. The protagonist is imperfect, but I'll do my best to make him memorable. The story gets angsty, but the angst comes with plenty of plot. The protagonist gets a happy ending. Also, since I'm an extremely slow writer, I've decided to take Mondays and Thursdays off for now so I can keep to a regular update schedule. I'll let you know about any other changes.
