[Kuroko's Basketball] Captain Akashi Tells a Story

Seijuro Akashi considered himself a sophisticated, perfectly normal person, not the least bit chuuni. To prove it, he decided to tell everyone a story. A story about his first love. A story about a woman. What kind of woman was she? He said she fought bravely and tenaciously on a cruel battlefield he couldn't even imagine. That alone was enough to leave an indelible mark on his heart. To this day, the clearest thing in Seijuro Akashi's memory is the phone call she made to him: "Akashi... Seijuro?" Her voice was so soft, so indifferent, as if she were enduring tremendous humiliation as she struggled to utter those three words. "...Help me."
