An Unconventional Palace Intrigue

A royal edict came crashing down, and Qian Weiman became one of the emperor's many concubines. This filled her with resentment, since she'd always aspired to be the empress. But... the emperor doesn't have an empress yet? Then that's fine. Watch her work hard and fight her way through the attacks of the other concubines, bravely advancing toward the throne of empress! A lighthearted story, definitely a happy ending. It's about a food-loving girl who is dragged into the palace by the emperor and then, through her own (not really), sheer effort (not really), perseverance (not really), becomes empress (not really).
