A Loving Marriage

Tuzi's new story for 2014 The Gao family of Suzhou, renowned for their expertise in antiques, is divided into eleven branches. Each branch has its own dedicated inheritor, and they keep to themselves, never learning from one another. But the coin branch has no heirs to carry on its legacy. Yet Gao Yan, the illegitimate son whom the Gao family has supposedly never acknowledged, is not only an expert in appraising coins, but has also mastered the skills of the other ten branches. He is also highly skilled at making counterfeit antique coins. After leaving the Gao family, Gao Yan meets a man who promises him and his son Dongdong a quiet, undisturbed life. In return, Gao Yan must appraise coins for him. Just as their new life is about to begin, no one expects that Dongdong is actually the son of Gao Yan and that man. Thanks to Eisha-Qianqian and the reader who made the covers.
