A Phoenix Takes Flight: A Lu Xiaofeng Fanfiction

To all the readers waiting for updates, from June to August, and then from August to November, Jiujin is truly sorry! Ever since leaving school, everything seems to have become less simple and clear. Jiujin wanted to clear her mind of all the complications and simply write, but when she picked up her pen, she didn't know where to begin. It seems that leaving student life behind also took away Jiujin's innocent daydreams. Reality, money, self-interest, and unexpected changes: no matter how much I want to avoid society's dark side, I have to face it eventually. Still, whenever I think of the readers' encouragement and flowers, I feel inexplicably proud. I think, "Ah, my beautiful words that I've worked on! I have so many readers, and they all love me. Why should I be sad?" Haha, this is probably the most self-absorbed self-hypnosis in the world. Jiujin will finish all those unfinished stories! I won't abandon them! Dear readers, Jiujin is about to fly over to you! A friendly warning: bring your own lightning rod. This story is outrageous, ridiculous, and completely shameless. A wicked grin. Regarding Gu Long's The Legend of Lu Xiaofeng and The Legend of the Wulin Heroes, Jiujin read the original novels back in the dreadful days of middle school. So much time has passed that my memory is hazy and almost gone. I'm ashamed to admit that, of such masterpieces, all I remember is what happened in the TV adaptations. What a sin. Miss Bai isn't perfect, but perhaps the actress who played Bai Feifei was so beautiful that people overlooked some of her flaws. Or perhaps it was the raw, everyday realism, with its streak of cruelty, in the original that left such a deep impression on Jiujin as a child. Whether she disappears alone into the distance in the original, or meets her beautiful end in the adaptation, it breaks my heart... I want her to be happy. And so... this ridiculous story was born. The plot and logic can take a back seat. When Bai Feifei leaves her own era and goes through an utterly bizarre transmigration, then meets the womanizer Lu Xiaofeng, what kind of earth-shattering sparks will fly? Stay tuned for the Lu Xiaofeng fanfic, The Legend of Fei Ji.
