The Neighbors Make Boiled Fish Every Night at Midnight

As the title says: it's what the people next door do every night at midnight, with absolutely no regard for anyone else. This story came about because the people living downstairs from me used to make spicy chicken wings, boiled fish, and spicy mini hot pots every night around midnight. Who knows how easy it is to get hungry while writing in the middle of the night? And yet the people downstairs did this every night. It was downright maddening!!! P.S. The original text has been replaced with a complete rewrite. The story is expected to launch in mid-2016. Premise:
