[Apocalypse] New Life in the Wasteland 2ND

In 2012, an unknown infectious agent ravaged the living creatures of Earth. The infected creatures, later called aberrants, displayed enhanced □□ and mental instability, and actively attacked all uninfected life. In 2270, more than two hundred years after the Great Cataclysm, the human population had dwindled to 0.17 percent of what it had been before. Earth was overrun by all kinds of aberrants. At an overwhelming disadvantage, humanity could only huddle in tiny settlements, unable to set foot beyond them for the rest of their lives. The only ones capable of fighting back against the aberrants were the few humans who had fused with the infectious agent but retained their own will. These living weapons, with human forms and minds and the bodies of aberrants, were known as Demon Hunters. On a planet once left in ruins, a new future is unfolding. One day, the world will be as I wish it to be. Tranquility, peace, order, truth, happiness, and hope will cross the land, reborn and standing firm. Disaster, evil, terror, conflict, emptiness, and death will be buried in darkness. Everything will end. Author's note: Being reborn doesn't guarantee success. Perseverance does. Although this is a rewrite, this story is 2ND, the second cycle. Put simply, everything starts over from scratch, and the heroine is reborn. The story branches off in a different direction right from the beginning. For the first cycle's story, see 1ST. A warning in advance: 1ST is unfinished, and I think I wrote it terribly. You can skip it without affecting your reading experience and just treat this as an ordinary rebirth story.
