Mermaid: The New Story of Ya Liying

Please bookmark my story! Please, everyone, bookmark it! I have so few bookmarks. I like Yin Yaliying because she's talented, melancholy, and charming. What she did to get revenge was wrong, but I don't think it would be unreasonable for anyone in her position to want revenge. But the person most hurt by her revenge was actually herself, because Yin Yaliying was still too kindhearted. In the end, she felt guilty. After watching Miss Mermaid, I felt the story was such a shame, and that's what inspired this one. I wanted to write a different Yaliying, one who is sunny and willing to fight for her family. She doesn't crave her father's love, and she wouldn't hurt herself to get revenge on her biological father. My Yaliying only gets a little revenge when the opportunity presents itself, and in her heart, no one matters more than her mother and younger brother.
