The Thunder Organization belongs to the United Nations' classified special operations division. It consists of two teams: the Wind Thunder Team, or Wind Team for short, and the Thunder Team. The Wind Team has seven women, while the Thunder Team has seven men. They take orders directly from UN Secretary-General Antruz (fictional). No one else has the authority to deploy or command them.
