[HP + Reborn!] Beware of the Heartbreaker!

They say that the moment fate throws out its back, a divine arrow hits your knee. In short, when Bai Huahua's childhood friend, who watched him grow from a pure white flower into a scumbag, and the cotton-candy-chewing scumbag suddenly find themselves back in their childhood bodies, they discover they're standing on a street bustling with ETs, weirdos, idiots, and [censored] [censored]. They look at the childhood friend beside them, who still smiles carefree with narrowed violet fox eyes, then spot a shivering brown-haired rabbit curled up not far away. The guy whose childhood friend has driven him to become expressionless suddenly realizes his world has lit up~ Basically, the Penguoli family, the Millefiore rabbit family, and a whole bunch of other natural disasters have gone to Hogwarts again, using their cheat abilities to blind everyone in the Harry Potter universe with their titanium-alloy dog eyes. The author is playing a very elaborate game of chess [cut it out!] Actually, I'm just wondering whether Amano-sensei or Rowling-sensei has the more overpowered cheat abilities. The author is lazy, and too many characters are hard to control. After all, I'm only a high school freshman. If anyone is out of character, lie down and let me beat you. The initial characters traveling through time are 100 and 27, plus a reborn character. There'll probably be 18, 69, 59, and 80 too... but that depends on how enthusiastic the readers are. Katekyo Hitman Reborn is the main fandom, with Harry Potter as a secondary fandom. There's romance. Possible pairings are probably 100 or 27 [this feels really difficult...] and Fran [enough already. Unless the author gets serious... or goes crazy and updates, I guess he'll show up...].
